obliviousally | stuff and takeout lamentations

last week, i got aladdin's on the way home from work (delicious local lebanese place) - they fumbled tf out of my wrap (three whole things in it and missing the most vital dressing lol). i was bummed enough to call and gently complain and got a free wrap out of it. so i figured, i work evening today, i'll stop by before work and grab it

easy peasy, yeah?

i left the house at 11:15am. got to highland sq close to 11:30. ordered. there were three customers in the restaurant, no one in front of me.

apparently, about the time i ordered, a huge carryout order came in and i ended up

waiting

thirty

minutes

doordashers got their orders before me :|

got to work, like, 15mins late (not a big deal tbh) and had 15mins before getting on desk to scarf down food

also my one work pen went missing as soon as i got on desk and idk if it just disappeared into thin air or of a patron snatched it????

i'm just feeling really off-kilter and weird today and i don't particularly like it :|
