i think the tv died
was playing destiny, running some strikes, and the video just cuts out completely to a black screen. still had audio, could still do things in game (not that it mattered lol)
unplugged everything, tried doing the manual reset, checked the hdmi cable, etc., etc.
nothing
the only defense it has is it's a nine year old television. but otherwise, we've treated it really well over those nine years and this is like the shit icing on the rancid garbage cake that has been the last three months BUT I'M SURE IT'S NOT THE LAST THING THAT'LL COME AND SLASH AT MY ANKLES SPITEFULLY
